It’s because you’re logged in with your old or another account. Also, you might have created a new account and logged in mistakenly.
First, please ensure you’ve logged in with your premium account following the
Settings > Contact Info menu. If you see that you’re using the wrong account, go to Settings and click Log Out.
Once you successfully log out, click the
“Already a member? Log In” button to log in to your premium account.
